The Clos Des Arts offers the luxury and comfort of a 4 luxe hotel with 9 suites individually decorated in warm tones. The stylish furniture and the antique lighting have been chosen with taste by the proprietors over the years. All of the bathrooms are in granite. The 9 suite are large and each has : terrace or private garden, south facing with panoramic views, king size red or twin beds, bathroom with basin and shower, large dressing room in wood, independent air conditioning, plasma screen and choice of international channels, large bandwidth Wi-fi wireless internet connection, electronic safe, mini bar and telephone.
Restaurant
The cuisine of Clos Des Arts is a subtle blend of flavours of the region and local products. It endeavours to be quietly refined. A large seawater fish tank and log fire range are located in the centre of the restaurant allowing for live cooking.
L’Atelier Cuisine
The restaurant kitchens are probably unique on the Cote D’Azur. Imagine yourself learning Mediterranean and Provencal cuisine in a veritable laboratory conceived personally by Alain Ducasse with an unobstructed view of the valley and sea! Top of the range equipment and materials were used to create this 300M² space: Molteni Piano oven, granite worktops, etc. our chef, with the help of his team can provide cookery lessons. Two south facing meeting rooms with a subcommittee and seminar room and a view of the sea and the ramparts of the village of Saint Paul De Vence are available.
