Rebak Island a luxury resort offers a home to passing yachters who use the sheltered berths as a base to discover Malaysia and other Asian destinations. Rebak Marina Resort is an integrated development offering marina and luxury resort facilities in a tranquil and relatively isolated situation. Located on south-western of a privately owned island off main Langkawi Island.

As a luxury resort accommodation is available in low-rise timber chalets shaded by tropical gardens and tall coconut palms. There are 106 rooms, chalets and suites with either garden or beach views. The freshly appointed rooms, chalets and suites are designed in contemporary tones and furnished with ethnic artefacts inspired by local traditional culture, crafts and arts. Some suites having a tropical outdoor showers that enhance guests natural ambience.

Rebak Marina is not only an excellent place to moor yachts but also a venue for boat chartering or a holiday in a near-deserted island. Guests have a chance to enjoy a range of recreational such as Escapes & Experience the beauty of natural cave, Snorkeling and Scuba Diving and even deep sea fishing, island and local culture exploring and the Romantic Sunset cruise on a yacht. Never the less they are well-spaced and electric carts or bicycles facilitate movement throughout this luxury resort.

The exclusive Safa Wangi Spa in the resort, offers Langkawi traditional massages and therapies including naturopathy facials, nail treatments and body scrubs and wraps. All treatments are followed by a warm bath and a herbal scrub.

The marina has “Macgregor 26″ yachts and thers, available for self-chartering or skippered charter. Charters can range from half-day to several months depending upon guest requirements.
There are excellent dry facilities in the marina for do-it-yourself yacht repairs. These include a lift, dry berths and access to equipment purchases in the marina, Kuah or via international courier.
Here is “the only” fully equipped marina in Malaysia and it is currently the only Malaysian marina that offers visa extensions of up to two years to yachters through an arrangement with the immigration Department.

Most of the island is undeveloped although there are plans for an extensive residential
complex that includes shops, restaurants and bars lining the marina basin. Currently
these are restricted to the resort, which includes the Marina Cafe – offering minum-minum which means ‘lets drink’ to guests, SY-69 – offering beautiful views, serves wide range of beverages. The Pool Bar serves guests around the pool and evening entertainment in the Karaoke Lounge.
Food serving in traditional Malay fishing village style, baskets and timber flooring infuse it with a distinctly traditional flavour. Guests can dine indoors or al fresco.
