It was love at first sight when property developer Songkran Issara laid eyes on Cape Panwa. Thirty-five years and three generations late Charn Issara Development Co., Ltd. (CIR) is a leader in commercial and residential development in Thailand. K. Charn’s son, K. Songkran is now at the helm of this trend setting development company. K. Songkran is the managing director and overseas all the activity of the company. Fresh to the force is K. Songkran’s eldest son, Wan, who now heads the residential and hotel development arm of the company, Charn Issara Residence Co., Ltd. (CIR), which includes Sri Panwa.
